We have an easy recipe with a few ingredients that you can serve at breakfast or as a snack with tea; cream cheese spread with maple syrup.

Add 4-5 tablespoons of maple syrup to 8 ounces of cream cheese and mix well.

Add 1/4 cup of crushed walnuts and mix again.

Tip: Serve with fresh sourdough bread.

Note: You can also use honey instead of maple syrup.
