Muhammara, also known as Acuka, is an appetizer that you can enjoy at any time of the day.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 1/2 cup walnut 
  • 4 tbsp bread crumbs 
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika 
  • 1 garlic clove  
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste 
  • 1 tbsp pepper paste
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • Dry mint 
  • Cumin 
  • ⅛ tsp more salt if desired 

Recipe:

Except the spices, mix all of the ingredients in the food processor. 

After adding the spices muhammara is ready to be served.
