Our oatmeal toast, which is a healthy and practical snack, can be a good alternative for your suhoor menu.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- a pinch of salt
- choice of spices
- any kind of crumbled cheese
Recipe:
Cook the prepared mixture by spreading it thinly between parchment paper placed on a panini press. Serve it with cheese, tomato and greens of your choice.
You can change the recipe by putting all the ingredients above through a blender and cooking it like an omelette in a pan.
