1 cup vegetable oil
1,5 cups powdered sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
Pour 1 cup vegetable oil into a big bowl.
Add a tablespoon powdered sugar and knead well by hand.
Add 2 tablespoons flour and knead well again.
Keep adding powdered sugar and flour orderly until sugar and flour are completely finished.
Divide dough into two pieces, roll each piece 1/4 inch thick. Cut with shaped cookie cutters. (Or use an edge of glass) Place cookies, about 1 inch apart, on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake in 325 degree F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
Remove from oven, cool on wire racks.
When cookies are completely cool, dust with powdered sugar on top of cookies if you desire.
