2 lb. (approximately 1 kg.) Non GMO-Organic Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder
1/2 lb. (approximately 250 gr.) Shredded Coconut
1/3 lb. (approximately 150 gr.) Organic Golden Flax Seed
1 lb. (approximately 500 gr.) Organic Rolled Oats
28 oz. (approximately 800 gr.) Organic Peanut Butter
24 oz. (approximately 700 gr.) Organic Honey
2 cups (approximately 250 gr.) crushed Walnuts
Half Gallon approximately 2 Lt. Organic Milk


No cooking necessary!
Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add milk slowly while mixing the ingredients.
After mixing it all up, give your bars a desired shape.
Put them in a plastic container with a waxed paper in each layer.
Close the lid of your container and put them in your freezer.
This way you can keep them fresh a much longer time.
Either thaw it at room temperature for 10 – 15 minutes or microwave it for 10-15 seconds.
When you need to skip a meal or there is no time to have it, this bar is a perfect substitute with your choice of fruit.
