4 zucchinis, cut into long, thin strands, 

4 tablespoons olive oil,  

1 onion, chopped, 

2 cloves garlic, smashed and sliced, 

200gr ground beef, 

1 tbs pepper paste, 

Salt and black pepper, to taste


Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 

Add onions until softened. 

Combine ground meat, garlics, salt and pepper. 

Add pepper paste.  

Once meat is fully cooked, add zucchinis.

In low heat, cook zucchinis 15-20 minutes until softened.  

Serve immediately with cheese if you desired.
