Kıymalı Kabak Spagetti

Malzemeler;

4 yeşil kabak,
1 orta boy soğan,
200 gram kıyma,
4 kaşık zeytinyağı,

2 diş sarımsak,
1 kaşık biber salçası,
Tuz, karabiber

Yapılışı;

Kabaklar, kabukları soyulmadan iyice yıkanır ve kabuklarıyla beraber spagetti şeklinde kesilir (Bunun için aletler de var ama evdeki malzemelerle de yapılabilir.)

Kıyma, yağ, sarımsak ve soğanlar birlikte güzelce kavrulur, bir kaşık salça ilave edilerek kavrulmaya devam edilir. Kıymaya spagetti kabaklar ilave edilir. Hiç su konmaz. Karabiberi ve tuzu ilave edilerek, kısık ateşte kapağı açık, arada karıştırılarak 15-20 dakika pişirilir. Kabaklar suyunu salıp çekince, ocaktan alınır ve sıcakken servis edilir. Arzu ettiğiniz bir peynir çeşidi ile de süslenebilir.

Not; Bazı tariflerde kabaklara yarım bardak su ilave edilir, kapağı kapatılarak pişirilir. Bu daha sulu bir yemek olur. Hangisini isterseniz.
