Evde Simit Yapımı

Malzemeler:

  • 5 su bardağı un (yarı yarıya kepekli ve beyaz un kullanılabilir, hatta tamamen kepekli undan da yapılabilir)
  • 4 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı
  • 1,5 su bardağı su
  • 1 tatlı kaşığı toz şeker
  • 1 yemek kaşığı maya (instant maya veya normal maya)
  • İsteğe göre biraz şeker eklenebilir
  • Tuz
  • Pekmez
  • Kavrulmuş susam, çörek otu

Yapılışı:

Un, tuz, maya ,zeytinyağı ve suyu hamur yoğurma makinesinde güzelce yoğurtalım. Üzerini streç filmle sarıp mayalanmaya bırakalım ve en az 2 saat bu şekilde bekletelim.

Sonrasında az daha yoğurup bezelere ayıralım ve uzunlamasına parçalar yapıp, rulolar halinde şekil verelim. Burarak sulandırılmış pekmeze, ardından da kavrulmuş susam ve çörekotu karışımına bulayarak 200 C derecede pişirelim.
