Ispanaklı Kiş

Malzemeler:

1 bardak un
100 gram tereyağı
1 yumurta
Yarım çay bardağı kadar su
Tuz

İçi:

200 gram ıspanak
1 adet kuru soğan
2 kaşık tereyağı
2 yumurta
250 gram ufalanmış beyaz peynir (yurtdışında yaşayanlar beyaz peynir bulmada zorlanırlarsa, cottage cheese denilen peynir türünü de kullanabilir)
Tuz, karabiber
Üzerine rendelenmiş kaşar peyniri

Su hariç bütün malzemeler bir kaseye alınır, suyu yavaş yavaş ilave edilerek ele yapışmayan, yumuşak bir hamur elde edilir. Hamurun üzeri streç filmle kapatılır, dinlenmeye alınır.

İçini iki türlü hazırlayabilirsiniz: Çiğden veya kavurarak.

Çiğden hazırlamak isterseniz; ıspanağı ince ince doğrayın. Kavurmayacağınız için tereyağına ihtiyacınız olmayacak. Diğer malzemelerin hepsini karıştırın.

Kavurarak hazırlamak isterseniz; soğanı tereyağında hafif kavurup ıspanakları da biraz suyunu salıp çektikten sonra ocaktan alın. Çok pişirmeye gerek yok. Diğer malzemeleri de ilave edin.

İçini hazır ettikten sonra, hamuru merdane ile dikdörtgen olarak açın. Bu ölçü, büyük boy dikdörtgen tepsiye tam oluyor.

İç malzemesini hamurun üzerine koyun. En üste rendelenmiş kaşar peyniri ilave edin. Orta hararetli fırında kaşar peyniri eriyip kızarana kadar pişirin.
